I, of course, for the fact that there were no such cases of criminal prosecution, as in the “poppy case”, when people were brought to criminal responsibility for selling poppy seeds - and these are not isolated cases, ”RIA Novosti quotes Moskalkov.
According to her, it is important that the court does not limit evidence to the testimony of law enforcement officers.
“This is not enough today, we need a serious evidence base,” she noted.
